These photos were taken last December 4, 2012 at the newly-renovated Fort San Pedro. The weather was generally calm when I got there and there wasn’t any rain. Three vessels were docked near the Port as transportation was on halt. When the winds ultimately started to become stronger, I was almost done shooting. I decided to leave fearing that the strong winds would hurl me to the sea as the rain might pour. Typhoon Pablo was predicted to hit Iloilo City on that evening, but Ilonggos were thankful that this part of Visayas was spared from the wrath of the storm. Still we continue to pray for those who are heavily affected in parts of Mindanao.
