The Hotel 101 Group launches #HAPPYMOMENTS campaign as it intensifies its commitment to raise its level of service, and to continue to provide comfort and convenience to both hotel guests and clients.
“We have already established both the Hotel 101 and the Jinjiang inn brands as hotels which give good value for money, with guest satisfaction in mind,” says Hotel 101 Group General Manager Lei Apostol.
“By providing modern day business and leisure travelers with things such as reliable WiFi connection, comfortable beds to sleep in, mini bar with the same pricing as that of the convenience stores, among other things, we anticipate the guests’ needs, and that’s what we want to continue to develop as a hotel brand,” Apostol explains.
“These moments wherein we delight our guests, which we want to call happy moments, are something worth celebrating and sharing, and that’s what we wish to achieve with our #HAPPYMOMENTS campaign,” says Apostol.
The Hotel 101 Group is giving away a three (3) days two (2) nights stay in any of the hotels under the group, just for sharing your happy moments. Group Public Relations Manager Brian Ong explains that everyone can join in using his or her social media account.
“Guests have to upload any photo on their Facebook or lnstagram account, caption their post how the Hotel 101 Group made them happy, use the hashtag #happymoments, and tag any of the social media accounts of the Hotel 101 Group to be able to be considered for the giveaway,” explains Mr. Ong.
“We are giving one chosen best #happymoments post every quarter a chance to experience once more the hotel, or choose to experience other hotels under the group,” he adds.
